Presently all of the Europe country customs are focus on the ISPM 15. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, several countries met this problem, which took them big loss.
I learned a lot of this problem, and I found only wood crate will met this kind problem. Here I have four proposals as following:
1. When we pack paver, we had better use big Ton-bags. As you know, if we use big Ton-bags, we will never need worry about ISPM 15 problems.
2. The wood should be never with barks and pest holes. This is very important!
3. The heat treatment has to be right: the core temperature at least 56℃ for a minimum of 30 minutes at the thickest section of the wood in the place with the lowest temperature.
4. The wood packages after heat treatment should be shipped out in three weeks.
